Getting in the holiday spirit around here! Now that a lot of the renovations are done in the house, I have pictures to share. The living room now has hardwoods and a quartz stone fireplace, all done by my husband's company Columbia River Tile & Stone. This past weekend we set up our tree, and now the house is beautifully embellished in evergreen and arts/crafts :).
Our tree came from the L'Arche home holiday tree benefit sale. If you are in the Portland area still looking for a tree, this is a great way to get one while making a charitable donation. :)
One day last week we had a magical dusting of snow. Here in Oregon, we usually get more rain, so to see flakes was a delight! The winter garden is so serene and everlasting. It reminds me how there is a strong core inside of everything that can weather the changes and cycles in life. Blessings to you this holiday season.
